If you’ve been trying to build an email list you may have heard that one of the best ways to grow your list is by creating a quiz.

Spoiler Alert: As someone who has two wildly converting quizzes hosted on Interact Quiz Maker my review is very positive.

Interact Quiz Maker, also known as Interact, is a lead magnet quiz software to help you grow your email list and build a loyal client-base. Interact Quiz Maker provides premade quiz templates to help even the least tech savvy person get their quiz up and running on autopilot.
Also, Interact Quiz Maker has three pricing plans with slightly different features, integrations and limits in each. There’s also a 14-day free trial to test out the software to see if it works for you. But honestly, I can’t imagine you not wanting to continue with the Interact once you’ve tried it out.
With my first quiz on Interact Quiz Maker, I was blown away by how easy it was to get my quiz up and running. All I had to do was pick my preferred template and then plugin my quiz questions and results. As Interact Quiz Maker already designed templates my quizzes look professionally made and converts like magic.
Pros and Cons of Interact Quiz Maker
Now that you know what Interact Quiz Maker is let’s discuss its features as a potential lead magnet quiz software. And I’ll discuss the pros and cons of each feature.
Pros
- Large library of premade quiz templates. Interact has a large library of premade quiz templates that you can gain quiz inspiration from and easily plug in your quiz questions and results.
- Compatible with WordPress through a plugin. Once you’ve downloaded the Interact Quiz Maker WordPress plugin to your WordPress site, all you have to do is copy and paste the short code from your quiz and add it to your website. Then your website visitors can take the quiz directly on your site.
- Reasonably priced. Depending on your budget for a lead magnet quiz software, Interact Quiz Maker is reasonably priced, especially if you buy the annual plan oppose to going monthly (which I do).
- 14-day free trial. You get a 14-day free trial to test out Interact Quiz Maker and see if it’s for you. If it’s not, you can cancel within the 14 days risk-free.
- Integrates with most email marketing providers. Even the lowest plan integrates with most email marketing providers including ConvertKit, Mailchimp, and MailerLite to name a few. However, there are some email marketing providers you’ll need to upgrade to the Growth plan before being able integrate such as Infusionsoft, Hubspot and Ontraport.
- User-friendly quiz interface. Interact Quiz Maker has a very user-friendly quiz interface for both you and your quiz takers. So, it makes it super easy to create your quiz and generate email subscribers.
Cons
- Limited number of quizzes per plan. Interact has three pricing plans and each plan has a limit on the number of quizzes you can create under each plan. In the Lite plan you can make up to 5 quizzes. With the Growth plan you can make up to 20 quizzes. And in the Pro plan you can create up to 50 quizzes.
- Maximum number of email subscribers annually per plan. Similar to the limit on the number of quizzes, there’s also a maximum number of email subscribers you can generate from your Interact quizzes depending on your plan. In the Lite plan you can generate up to 6000 email subscribers annually from your quizzes. With the Growth plan you can generate up to 24,000 email subscribers annually. And in the Pro plan you can generate up to 94,000 emails subscribers annually.
- No free plan option. Other than the 14-day free trial, there isn’t any free plan options with Interact Quiz Maker. So, if you decide to set up your quizzes with Interact, you should plan on either paying for a monthly or annually plan. Personally, I prefer the annual payment as it cost less in the long run.
How to Create an Interact Quiz
Now I’m going to show you just how easy it is to set up your quiz on Interact Quiz Maker.
First login to your Interact account.
Now from your dashboard you can click on + Create New Quiz to create a new quiz. Or press Edit to edit an existing quiz.
Once you click create new quiz, a large library of premade quiz templates pop up. You can either search through all quiz templates or select specific industries for industry-relevant quizzes.
Then click on the quiz template you like the most.
Tip: You have the ability to change the colours, fonts, and images inside of any quiz template.
Next, add your questions, answers and image.
To link your quiz answers to specific quiz results, click on Edit Result Correlations.
Then link the answers to the specific quiz result.
Tip: To make the linking easier, you can link answers in chronological order with the quiz results throughout your quiz. For example, the first answer for every question in the quiz links to the first result in the quiz. The second answer for every question in the quiz links to the second result in the quiz, and so on.
Finally, add in your quizzes results.
Then your quiz is ready to share with the world!
Conclusion
When I look for a lead magnet quiz software there are 3 things I’m looking for (1) a user-friendly interface (2) pre-made templates and (3) the most important thing, email subscribers automatically added to my email list. And Interact Quiz Maker does all of this, and then some! I give the platform an A+ rating.
Although, there are a few cons with Interact Quiz Maker, specifically the limits within the plans. The limits have not negatively impacted my email list or business growth. In fact, the opposite. By having Interact Quiz Maker as my lead magnet quiz software, I have substantially grown my email list and business revenue. And I know that if I hit the limits, I can simply upgrade to next plan.
